This is our "Smiling" Sam! He is so excited to help his little sister learn the ropes!
Our dogs, Chuck (our female) and Tie had 13 puppies! Unfortunately 2 did not make it. The kids thouroughly enjoyed playing with them.
These 2 are great buddies! ... Jacob and Erin. Both are counting the days until they can hold thier little sister. Jacob is excited to be a big brother finally!
Our oldest girl... Emily. Her excitement probably beats us all!

Hi family! You don't know me, but i found your blog just by chance! i was almost brought to tears when i saw what it is about! because if anything hits home to me - it's adoption.
i was adopted 24 years ago into an amazingly loving Christian home. And i am now a wife & mother raising my baby girl in a Christian home.
What you are doing is beyond measure. It is unselfish and just a pure act of love. Elizabeth will grow up to know how incredible of a gift God has given her in you.
I hope it's ok if i check back many times to see how your journey is going - and i thank you for sharing this journey, because it's emotional & personal.
